WCBS: How to set up WCBS integration

WCBS integration allows you to automatically sync, on a daily basis, rooms, classes, terms, and timetables (including timeslot and week structure). It does not sync closures, cover, or suspensions as the WCBS API does not provide these.

Setting up WCBS integration

To set up the integration please email us on schoolcloud@tes.com giving us the following information:

WCBS base URL (normally in the format wcbsapi.<school address>)
School key
Client ID
Client Secret

Once you've sent us these details we will complete the set up on our servers and email you back with further details of how to proceed.
